Play with as many assists on as you like, you can still earn these achievements with them activated (at least at time of writing this advice). I personally activated "longer time limits", "objects disappear on delivery" and "lighter 2 person items". Play through and complete the first 10 missions as quick as you can and this should pop.

This is the same guide for the win 10 version of this achievement.
This achievement requires you to get gold on 10 levels, This can be made very easy with ASSIST MODE, Assist mode can only be enabled from the main menu when you`re picking what save game.
Assist mode has an option called "longer time limits", This gives you double the time to complete a level. An example of this is the first level "Holly`s Home" which has a time required of gold being 2 Mins 25 Sec, On Assist mode gold is 5Min 0 Sec.
Just go around each level with "longer time limits".
