Moving Out

There are 4 balloons, one for each area in the hub world; you just need to use the waterspouts and collide with them in the air, pretty easy

1st is above the waterspout to the right of the Mcgeyser Falls level.
2nd is just down from Forgotten Pirate Parley, I found this one awkward to make the distance but just try and time it with the spout
3rd you can access by going on the spout in between Temple of the Windy and A Very Windy Puzzle, use the first spout to get onto the ledge and the second one to pop the balloon
4th is right next to the last level, The Greatest Haul; just drive off the cliff to get it

You cant access the last balloon until you finish the 11th level 'The 36th Chamber of Cranks'
