This achievement can be earned in The Hoop House Level. The family have a hoop near the front of the house along with multiple basketballs.

I found the best way to do this was to stand on top of their car then shoot.

They tweeted half an hour ago they are working on a fix that any achievements will auto unlock without having to do them again 👍

I had the same problem of this specific achievement not popping for me, until I created a new game and did it. Then it popped first try. Hope this helps!

This Achievement is in the 3rd Level:
"The Hoop House"
We have to throw a basketball into the Hoop above the Garage Door. You need to stand at the edge of the hood on the car and shoot it. However, the distance is a bit too far. So you need to Jump off the Hood of the Car and Shoot The Ball to make the Shot!🏀🏆

Grab a basketball and jump on the car in the garage and then jump on top of the baseboard and simply drop yourself or the ball into the hoop from above.
