Have gone through all 13 of these, and still stuck at 97%. Any ideas?

I wish there was some way in-game to tell you which ones are complete, or even a signal that it's been counted! I will need to go through all the levels & cross off the checklist.

Also you dont have to finish the level for it to count, if not obvious:D

Heads up for the Obadiah's Orchard one, I had to sit on it for longer than normal for it to register

Obadiah's Orchard also did not register for me the first pass. Got the achievement while standing on the toilet, thanks @Rum Geoff.

As well for me Obadiah's Orchard didn't count, point is that you acctually don't see toilet, so just to be sure try to jump inside outhouse couple of times.

There are a total of 13 toilets in the game. It can be fairly tricky to "sit" on them. You only stand. What I did was send facing the normal direction as if sitting. I stayed for few good seconds, moved a little, then got off. Most are easy to spot but there is one that's actually an outhouse with a chicken on it (level has rakes everywhere). After letting the chicken out, go inside and jump around. I would save it for last because you can't see if you're actually standing on it.
