How to unlock the Who lives here? achievement in Moving Out - Definitive Guide

After completing level 7 the game will make you pull a couch. After pulling the couch go into the room and it’ll be dark with crabs in it. Keep following the path until you find crabs with a bunch of microwaves, in the middle of the microwaves is the item you need to drag into the moving truck and achievement unlocked

Has this got to be done during the play through or can you go back once the game is completed?

I haven’t played this in ages but i’m 99% sure ur forced to unlock this achievement after completing level 7. You can’t progress without pulling the couch and following the path.
