This is an achievement for the My Name is Mayo game.
After clicking the Mayo 75 times, you will unlock the Red Bikini.
Press
to go into your rewards and find the red bikini picture (near the top). Click on it and back out. The Mayo should be wearing a red bikini now.
Click on the red bikini mayo 50 times to unlock the leopard print bikini.
Go back into rewards and equip it.
Click the leopard print bikini Mayo 100 times to unlock topless.
Equip the topless one.
Click the Mayo 125 times to unlock the Whipped Cream.
Equip it.
Click the Mayo 200 times to unlock this achievement.
