Once you unlock the date with Sarah you face a question straight away, the bottom option is an instant fail, once you fail hit the back arrow (white arrow on yellow background) to repeat straight away, rinse and repeat!

Fastest way I unlocked this achievement was with Rial. Remember to press Y to quick skip dialog.
Select:
"Hey girl, you are looking just fiiiiine..."
"That you have squishable bewbs!"
And you're done as she will leave after that. Just redo the encounter and repeat 19 more times
