This one is actually very simple. You just have to get one of the eggs to Max Level, as they also count for this achievement.
The XP gain is based on real time, which includes time lapses, but is quite slow nonetheless. By that I mean literally months, depending on how far you are into the game. Despite that, it's still the best option as you won't gain enough super miner souls to max out a regular super miner without leveling an egg anyway.
