To get this, you need to give Pumpkin the BLUE PILL at the end, then put the flower in his ship.
You will need to reload to get to Chapter 8, then use the RED PILL.

To get this trophy, you will need to give Mr.Pumpkin the blue pill at the end of the lab chapter. This will unlock another ending. See below for the puzzle solutions.
31 Door Puzzle: Row 1 - click 1st and 3rd one | Row 2 - click 1st and 2nd | Row 3 - click third one
Operating Machine Puzzle: click top right circle 2 times, click bottom right circle 4 times, click right d-pad until the meter reads 4.5

At the end of the seventh chapter the evil guy will give you a blue pill and a red pill. Return to Mr Pumpkin on the table slab. Make sure you make a manual save. Give him the red pill to unlock the "Another Clear Mind" achievement and proceed to chapter 8. Give him the blue pill to get a bottle, which you can take back to the evil guy to make a beanstalk, leading you to the rocket ship. Use the flower on it to blast off and beat the game, unlocking this achievement.
