There are 4 diary pages spread out through each of the chapters. You must find them all for this trophy to pop.

Chapter 1
1. Bedroom - on the floor in the middle
2. Upstairs - click the suitcase and open it with the combination 2015
3. Statue/Window room - in the Bedroom, go to the right two times. It is behind the pumpking statue
4. Living Room - go downstairs from the Statue/Window room and it is behind the knife on the wall

Chapter 2
1. Starting Area - where the chapter starts, it is above the letters I and N in the Pumpkin sign
2. Furnace Area - to the left of where you start, it is right of the brown furnace above the fire
3. Inside Area - after unlocking the door with the levers, go inside and it is on the floor
4. Water Area - from the starting area, go down and it is near the top of the screen just left of the wall

Chapter 3
1. Pier - after setting the clock to 2:35 in the starting area, pull the level and go down the elevator and it is on the ground
2. Computer Room - go right from the starting area and go up the stairs in grey bulding in the middle where you'll see it on the wall
3. Colored Ground Puzzle - in the area with the Computer Room, click the arrow going down and it is on the bottom of the screen
4. Mailbox Area - in the area with the Computer Room, go right and click the lower arrow point left, it is in the upper left corner

Chapter 4
1. Starting Area - it is on the wall above the drawing with horns
2. Upstairs - after turning on the lights by giving the guy at the desk popcorn, go up and it'll be in the far right corner
3. Theater Room - two screens right of the starting area, on the top left beside the movie screen
4. Other VIP Room - in the VIP room, go right one screen and it is on the wall in the middle

Chapter 5
1. Underground - Go down the tube on the left and solve the green/red/yellow dot puzzle; it will be on the wall on top of the poster
2. Hero Statue - from the starting area, go left, then up, and you will see it on the bottom of the screen to the right
3. Strawberry Man - after shrinking this person's head, it will be on the wall behind him (solve puzzle below him, get hammer, crack Hero Statue, use fertilizer, take flower, then give it to Strawberry Man)
4. Subway - from the starting area, go left, down stairs into the building, down again, and lastly left where you will see it on the top right of the screen

Chapter 6
1. Starting Area - top right of screen to the right of the ladder
2. Lab Sign - go right from the starting area and it's on the right side of the screen
3. Mancala Puzzle - go up the ladder in the starting area and solve the Mancala type of puzzle and it will drop a ladder, up this is the diary on the ground
4. Eggplant Man - after going up the ladder that drops from the Mancala type of puzzle, go right and it's on the ground

Chapter 7
1. Starting Area - click the hammer then click the diary page under it
2. Upstairs - go up the stairs from the starting area and it's on the wall to the right of the portrait
3. Operating Room - after solving the door puzzle, it's in the room it opens up on the wall (up from the starting room, right, puzzle, then right)
4. Museum - after solving the DNA puzzle where you open the door to the Operating Room, it is down the stairs and in the upper left corner

Chapter 8
1. Bedroom - above and to the left of the lamp
2. Upstairs - go up the ladder from the Bedroom and it's on the floor
3. Statue Room - from the Bedroom, go right two screens and it's on the portrait on the wall to the left of the pumpkin statue
4. Living Room - from the Statue Room, go down the stairs and it's on the wall a little to the left of the stairs
