To unlock this achievement you have to complete chapter 6 and move on to chapter 7, as opposed to beating the game in chapter 6. Make sure you make a manual save in chapter 6 before choosing a path.
To obtain this achievement, all you have to do is complete the light puzzle on ground level to open the door, then go through it to proceed to chapter 7.
