Mr. Shifty

The first chance for this to be achieved is during level 9 in story mode. At the beginning of the level you will come out of the elevator into a small minefield. Teleport through this field and move on to the following corridors. For a small time you will have to teleport through some more mines making sure not to be killed by the proximity explosions. Eventually you will come to a point where you will encounter the first enemies of the mission. Simply move up to one of the mines and press B to pick it up. Teleport to the enemies making sure to hit them with the mine and teleport away before the explosion can kill you. Once the mine explodes killing one of the enemies the achievement will pop.
