Just completed this today and thought I would add some tips how I did it! Most of the time you spend in this game, will be going towards this. It is frustrating, but not impossible!
- Go slow. I would try to rush through situations and often times run out of shift ability and die. Take your time, stay back, and use the right stick to survey the room.
- I used this playlist from YouTube where I would kinda try to follow along while I played. You won't be able to copy the video entirely, but it is good to get a sense of what each room is like before you go in!
- Never go into the next room without looking for a weapon. Break stuff in the room before leaving, and try to get a stick, or a metal staff.
Don't give up on this! If I can do it, so can you. I died on the last stage of the game, fighting Chairman Stone, the LAST scene. Took a day off and got it!

- This might sound obvious but take breaks. It would be extremely hard to do this in one sitting so break it up as you go. Stage 7, Stage 17 & 18 gave me the most fits, and took hours.

This may sound like a dumb question but the way you describe it, you don't have to do all the levels in 1 go with no deaths? I have not played the game but the achievement description makes it sound like you just have to do each level with no deaths, and I want to make sure.

That is correct @DubstepEdgelord - you do NOT have to go through all 18 stages in one attempt with no deaths. You can use stage select and do them in any order you chose. Once you have no deaths in that stage then you can move on!
