How to unlock the Credit Card Is Maxed achievement in Ms. Splosion Man - Definitive Guide
To get this you'll need to buy every unlockable item in the mall. Many are locked until completing the game either in singleplayer or multiplayer.
The grand total you'll need to purchase everything is 3365. This will probably take about 3 runthroughs of the game, since my single-player every level run netted me 1185. If you're going for completionism, you should have this well before finishing everything else up.
Breakdown by section:
Concept Art: 84 items, all cost 10 (11 locked)
Movies: 12 items. 11 cost 20, 1 costs 30 (2 locked)
Audio: 24 items, all cost 15 (8 locked)
Photos: 120 items, all cost 10 (41 locked)
Extras:
2 Gamer picture rewards, 50 each (1 locked)
2 Avatar awards, 50 each (1 locked)
1 Theme, 75
2 Girls 1 Controller Mode, 200
Be My Splodentine, 10
Original Beard Video, 20
Teaser Poster, 10
SP & MP Ending videos, 35 each (both locked)
*censored to not spoil anything* Outtakes, 30 (locked)

The 3,365 is no coincidence! It is the bare minimum of coins you can get and still get all the other achievements (assuming never getting time bonuses, playing all MP levels once, all SP levels twice, and getting all the shoes once). So like JHunz says, if you're planning on completing the game, don't worry about this one.

By:
* playing a normal single player campaign
* getting back in some half of the levels to get the shoes
* playing the multiplayer campaign while getting all the shoes
* playing some half of hardcore levels
I got like 400 more than required to unlock everything. So yeah, as completionists, just go normally through the game. :)

To earn this achievement you must buy every item in the mall. You obtain coins for the mall by completing levels. The amount of coins you earn on any given level depends on the amount of time taken to complete the level (every level has a par time) and whether or not you collect the shoes. Beating a level alone only nets you 20 coins. Beating a level and either collecting the shoes or beating par time will net you 25 coins. Lastly, Beating a level, collecting the shoes and finishing within par time will net you the maximum of 30 coins. The easiest level to boost coins on is level 1-5, it is a relatively short level, the shoes are easy to obtain and the par time is easily beatable once you get used to the level. The total amount of coins that are required to buy every collectible from the mall is 3365 coins. May I also point out that some of the mall content is locked until you beat the game in either single player or multiplayer. I suggest beating the game before you begin farming for coins as it is impossible to get the achievement without beating the game and through beating the game you will gain a substantial amount of progress towards your coin count.

Well... Easier way to put it : 20 points for completing a level - 5 extra points if done under par time - 5 extra points for finding the shoes.

You get this from buying all the art/audio/video/awards/misc. in the "Mall". You will need to complete the game once in either single or multiplayer for all of them to be available. You should gain enough tokens by clearing single and multiplayer, if not just replay some stages for the remaining collectibles.
