U need to do all levels in all 3 worlds,thers 5 secret exits that count towards the achieve so these will be the ones you will prob miss

I added 3-15 but personally I got it without it

Just thought I should note that you cannot use the Forbidden checkpoint/Cheat if you want this achievement. If you do use the cheat option, you have to go back and replay it for the achievement.
