On the level map screen, press X for ghost menu, choose either score leaders or time leaders, Press A on one of the top players to accept, achievement unlocked.

Another simple one. Just press 
while above a level and the leaderboards for that level will open. Select any of the options and choose to download, a "Ghost" of that player's gameplay will be downloaded. Now just start the level and the achievement will unlock. Don't even need to complete the level!
