For the completion you have 3 challenges,
1. Find and squash a pumpkin
2. Complete the challenge at night
3. Find the log trailer and use it to deliver additional 4 load points.

1. For the pumpkin, it's next to the house, so simply throw the truck into reverse and back into the patch.
2. When you load it will ask if you want to do it at night, hit A to do the challenge at night.
3. The trailer is near the watch point, the first medium logs you find are south of it, grab them and put them in the back of your truck. When you reach the trailer transfer the logs and then grab the 2 small ones after hitting the watch point. You only need 3 medium to get a load so grab another one on the hill East of the next watch point. Then carry it to the base. Using the medium log carrier is shorter than taking 2 small loads as you need 4 points to complete the mission so complete all 3 in one run.
