You will likely get this without even trying, but an easy place to get a whole bunch is the Cross a River challenge. This map has a ton of the short trees with no leaves that fall over easily when you hit them. You can just drive around mowing them down and you’ll have the achievement in no time. If you get yourself stuck, just restart. The tracker should still keep your progress and once you’ve knocked down 100, the achievement will pop.
