If you’re only going for this one achievement, a much easier map to get it on than Crossing is Downhill. There’s one a block away from the spawn point and it’s already exposed on the map when you start, so you can see right where it is and you don’t have to drive for 20 minutes to get to it. Drive down the street to unlock it, get in and drive it 400m north and you’ll have your achievement.

If you don’t have the Downhill map unlocked yet in single player, you can get it in a multiplayer game as well.
