This is very easy to do on the first boss you fight. Most of the boss' attacks are sweeping attacks that can damage other enemies. One of the giant scorpion's attack is a charge where it swipes its claws back and forth. In the arena are multiple small scorpions as well. You can lead the boss towards these and have it charge through them killing them.

I got this while walking to the boss and you have to dodge the tail coming out of the ground. Stand near an enemy and when the smoke appears just dodge out. Didn't even expect the achievement when it popped.

This trophy more than likely will unlock by the time you have beaten the game but if you don't want to wait that long, there are certain times when enemy attacks have the potential to kill another enemy. There is an enemy in Paquime called Inima Seelo it is a pinkish purplish creature that flies around. The attacks that it uses can kill other enemies. There are also bosses in this game that will kill other enemies if they are in the vicinity of their attacks and it will also net you this trophy as well.

This will happen normally as you progress. The boss from Arareko (the giant frog) will be very easy, as it jumps and may kill other frogs.
