Paquimé is the second location you travel to after defeating the first boss. When you reach the town you will see orange and black decorative pots in various locations around town. Simply try attacking them to unlock the achievement. Note that they don't actually get destroyed.

Is it a specific pot? Or anyone make do?

I played this three years ago, but I believe any pot that matches the description would work

This is the second area you will get to in the game. Once you have gotten here run down into the market and you will see people all over. There are vases around this area on the ground and on top of buildings that cannot be broken. Run up to any one of them and attack it. You won't break it but will unlock the trophy.
