Hopefully you don't actually need a guide to unlock this, but just in case anyone not familiar with pinball comes looking for help...
Ballsaver is a safety you can activate in most pinball tables, usually indicated by an active light with the name located down between your flippers (or slightly below sometimes). If it's lit when you lose your ball (draining your ball), then it 'saves' it by re-plunging the ball into the board, effectively giving you another chance. It does not usually reset progress on things, though active missions might be ended.
The easiest way to earn this achievement is to just plunge your ball into play and do nothing. Let it drain immediately, earn your achievement, and then restart the table to play properly.
However, it's likely you'll earn this naturally just by playing the game so it's not something to worry about.
