Does not need to be done in a single run. Open treasure chest in the each room and find the armour cards:
-Theif
-Mage
-Cleric
-Warrior
Then press
while equip to use the skill. Easiest to do in a single run so you remember the ones you have done. Good achievement to grab alongside.

As of 29/01/2020 - There has still been no patch so you NEED to do this when you first play the game and not turn off xbox or quit game. Otherwise progress will disable rendering this impossible to unlocking until patched.
