How to unlock the Destroyer of Stuff achievement in Munchkin: Quacked Quest - Definitive Guide

I have no won this but was at 99% before the game froze on me. This may give you a hard time but for those that are trying, you must complete this in one sitting. Pray for the modifier in combat that is trash. This gives you rats and chickens and they are a lot of them in the rooms.

OK so thought I'd just throw out a little tip that's helped me speed this up. Unlock chainsaw so you only have to hold Y this makes attacking great for big gtoups and doing damage is quite powerful. If you get chicken boss he sends at least 30 to 40 chickens throughout the fight. This will stack pretty quickly altogether if you have an extra controller for being idle. On top of this again if your lucky to get party mode too there as an insane amount of enemies per room. Hope this helps.
