The first hurtle to cross in this acheivement is to actually unlock all the consumable cards. 5:00 minute games are the quickest way to earn cards. The consumable cards are: Elixir of badassery; poultice of healing; potion of speed; fire spellbook; ice spellbook; bleeding money; fear of fear itself; curse of downside-up; duck of doom.
While it's not necessary to use all of them in one dungeon run, you do need to use them throughout one play session.
You can track which cards you still have to unlock by checking the Dungeonarium under the Loot Cards tab (RB) and then looking at the Consumable list.

Is it all RNG or do you have to be a certain level to cause the epic items to appear? I have had duck of doom forever but it hasn't appeared.

nvm I gave up. I hit them all but the chicken one and I finally got half cards and 1000 kills. Can't keep playing it hoping for a random drop. thumbs up
