How to unlock the The road to completion achievement in Munchkin: Quacked Quest - Definitive Guide
This is a warning more than a solution.
The answer is sadly simple I did not quit the game once from starting the game to unlocking this achievement, I had intended to keep going till I unlocked all the cards, however this achievement unlocked when I unlocked the last available card, total time took me about 7 hours. I earned roughly 4% per card towards this achievement and 2% per card for the unlock all cards achievement, though that achievement now sits at 48%.
For those who have their progress stuck, you may have success deleting your save and doing a single run as I did, I don't have any way to test this though. As per CDWhilding's solution for all cards, I would advise against playing with the bots and instead use local co-op, the bots pathfinding and priorities are poor at best. The bots priority is switches then kill everything and/or ducks and/or chests then loot, only after all these are dealt with will they go for the door, if they can path find to it. Using co-op means you can idle the 5 minutes min game time in the first room and then kill the boss, I would suggest picking up any weapons you can to make this easier/quicker. Your time should be less than mine as I had to use the bots to get past a graphical glitch.

To add to this, I think it is definitely attainable doing it in a single sitting. I'm about 8% off after unlocking all cards but two of them were allocated to my second controller and it didn't track them. I'm going to delete everything and try again after I get the 1K kills in 1 sitting.
I also think they messed up the %'s and that's why the achievement for getting all cards is like halfway done.

Why does the game page list this as a 1-hour completion, if this objective takes 7 hours. *confused*
