There are 4 bosses in this game. You face one at the end of each dungeon run.
-Vertebrus (Skeleton)
-House Plant
-Plutonium Dragon
-BBQ Chicken
You can't select which boss you face, but you will know before the dungeon starts. Your boss is the 4th card flipped before the round starts. To unlock this achievement, you need to defeat all 4 bosses in one session of playing the game. Like many achievements in this game, progress is lost when you return to the dashboard.
Making matters tougher, the game freezes and dashboards me right before the boss every so often.
You can return to the main menu from a dungeon to roll a new boss while still keeping your progress.
The quickest path to this achievement is to play 5 minute dungeons using a 2nd controller as player 2 and don't meet any objectives. This way the timer continues to run. If you roll a boss you already completed, pause the game and return to main menu to start again. You can complete a game every 6-7 minutes this way, meaning this achievement will require at least 30 minutes, but most likely more depending on how long it takes you to roll all 4 bosses.

I have all 4 Bosses killed , but the achievment don't unlock ... I still at 75%

Did you do all 4 in the same sitting? Seems like every achievement works this way for this game. If so, all I can say is that this game is veeeery buggy.
