Find the cave under the waterfall in the lake area. You can get this during day 3. This achievement is missable.
When you get to area with the waterfall, look for a wooden walkway that leads directly under it. You can access the walkway via the path which goes under the bridge on the east side.
The walkway leads straight to the cave. Enter it and the achievement will pop.
