How to unlock the Mundaun local achievement in MUNDAUN - Definitive Guide

This is supposed to unlock upon earning all other achievements. However it's buggy as a number of us have unlocked all and not gotten this. If you have a problem, please post here. I'll update everyone on solutions if there are any. Thanks!

But I can see from the percentage that some people made it!

Never unlocked for me, even with all the other achievements unlocked. Had to do a second run too to get Kindness to Strangers even though I never attacked anything in game my first run, What a buggy mess.

Anyone else in this situation and get the final achievement to unlock?

Ok, Ive tried replaying the game completely, and re-unlocking every achievement (or at least doing whats required of every achievement). As well, I replayed every ending. No luck.
I'm contacting Annapurna entertainment now about this. If I don't hear back in a few weeks, I'll try completely deleting the game (save file, reserved space, and game) and replay again, to see if I can get it with a "fresh" account.
