You can start a Map Making match in private then set fire rate to turbo then pick the miner gun when you spawn. To place blocks select B button then press RT to place a block. Just mash RT while running around the map. Will take you about 6 or so minutes to get this

With this one I'm sure you can just look at the ground and mash the RT button and it'll still count

If you set the miner gun to 'float' you can repeatedly mash RT on the same spot and it still counts, no running around needed!
