Start a public match with a boosting buddy or two with extra controllers. In all you will need 6 players
Select Infection gamemode and the map flag duel from the murder the flag set, start the game over and over again till your main account spawns as the infected then infect the rest of the players for the achievement. Repeat for your boosting players

Neither this or the 5 zombie grabs will pop for me, and Sole Survivor won't pop for my partner, but it did for me.
OK, finally just set the score to 3, and killed 3 zombies as a human hitting the score limit and winning the game, and this popped.
