This is story related and cannot be missed.
As this is a visual novel with no choices, what you'll want to do is start a new game then keep pressing
to skip scenes and press 
to fast forwards the sentences. By mashing both these buttons for about 10 minutes, you'll complete the "game" and unlock every achievement along the way.
