There are two memories you must find in order to unlock this, both fairly easy to find. Once you've found the remnants of these, press

to reveal them.

The first can be found slightly down the street from where Ronan is killed, in the middle of the street, near the park.

The second is in Rex's office in the police station on the second floor.

Definitely bugged, shows as collected but no pop.

Seems buggy, got both nothing unlocked. Hope it does on a replay (should be quick)

This achievement is sectioned into two parts. First, you will need to locate a playground in Salem which will have a Reveal prompt for Rex's story. Then when you are directed to the Police Station, the second Reveal prompt will be in Rex's office; which is located on the second floor.
