Once you complete the graveyard area this achievement will pop. you will need to follow the clues in the graveyard first of which is over the bridge and to the right hand side

Since i maxed the 360 & x1 version on my old account as i knew about all the collectables. I was watching a video guide an this never unlocked, i rebooted the game and i could replay this part thank god. This is is about 1 hour in otherwise!
