To get this achievement, all you need to do is lose in any level. (I'm not joking!)
Just walk forward to a black pit, then as soon as you get the "heey~" message, the achievement unlocks.
I should also point out that the earliest you can fail a level is level 2, so if you're playing level 1 to get the other crystal achievements, make sure you load level 2 afterwards. Push the two boxes in front of you into the black pits, then simply fall into a black pit.

My achievement popped immediately after the First Step one (very first achievement) without me having even tough the controller. Odd.

After Crystal Hunter IV (200G), advance to Level 2. Walk up and push the two boxes into the pits, then round the corner and walk down and into a pit.
