Hello folks. Below is a text version of the solution as well as a timestamped video for all 5 Achievements in Title Update 3.
For Secret Crystal 4, we need to play Level 9. Levels unlock as you play the game, so you'll need to get through the previous levels to get here.
A little more involved here. The wooden platforms on your right will fall after walking on them, so walk to the fourth platform, down 1, and right 2 to get to solid ground. This next section has trapdoors that open and close. Go straight across the middle 3 sections. Take them one group at a time and you should have no problems. On the other side, find this box:

and push it down. Move right and push a box up, move right and push a box down, and finally, move right and push this final box up and move right to get Secret Crystal 4.

From your starting position, walk to the right across the crumbling walkway and over the disappearing floors section until you are standing next to the boxes section on the right-hand side of the level. You now need to clear a path to the crystal.
Following the image, in the first column, move the third box from the top down one space. Next, in the second column, move the second box from the top up one space. Then in the third column, move the third box from the top down one space. Lastly, in the fourth column, move the second box from the top up one space. Then simply move your character one space to the right to collect the secret crystal.
