Push the box across whenever the disappearing platforms appear. Place it on the blue button. Cross the next set of disappearing platforms. Go down and pick up the crystal.

This is unlocked on Level 15. When the level starts, push the box onto the blue button to the upper right (to unlock Blue button (200G)), making sure you safely cross over the disappearing floor. After that, move to the right and cross another set of disappearing floor. Once you cross that, head down and you will see a crystal in the corner of an alcove. Step on the space to unlock the achievement.
