Push box to square on right.
Push box to glowing square on left. This will cause the explosive boxes to explode.
Achievement is cumulative; so Y Button to replay level. Repeat until you get the achievement.
You do not have to finish the level.

@neeker75 Correction: Achievement is 'glitchy' and may take a few tries to work. This has been confirmed by the dev, who is also working on a patch for it.

I pushed ALL the boxes into the red teleporter on level 24 to get the achievement.

This can be unlocked on Level 28. When you start the level, there are two boxes above and below your starting point, a red teleporter to your left and a red outline (where the box goes after you teleport it) to your right.
Push both boxes into the red teleporter. When the second one appears, it will explode both boxes and start a chain reaction with the explosive boxes to the right. Once three of the four have exploded, the achievement will unlock.
