i had to uninstall the game and go through the first 19 levels again to get the red crystals to spawn

Yep, deleted my save. There’s no way I’m playing this horrid game from the beginning again so I won’t be getting these

It's not enough for the game to be rubbish, it even has to bug the save and force you to play it all over again, it's really incredible hahaha.

I still had the game downloaded for over a year now. No crystals would spawn on the levels so I deleted the game and redownloaded… all progress lost.

It's possible they removed the old game and replaced it with a new package (to change from UWP to GDK). This may explain why the game has to be installed again and isn't correctly reading the old save data.

This is located in Level 20. The red crystal is at the end of the corridor directly above the blue button. Wait until the disappearing floor appears then walk straight up to collect it.
