Mines didn’t delete my save but I don’t have any red crystals

Had the same problem. Then i noticed that my Install-Size was only 33mb when the Storepage said it was over 300mb. Didnt get any updates either.
Reinstall it and this should fix it. Unfortunately then your save gets deleted and you have to go to the levels again.

Please refer to the image below.
This is located in Level 21. When you start, push the box down one space and walk right towards the wooden bridge. Take the lower bridge path that leads to the ice. When on the ice platform, move down to slide across the ice then right to collect the crystal.
