How to unlock the Killer achievement in Mutant Football League - Definitive Guide

I'm working on faster ways to get kills, but the easiest so far seems to be to drop elbows on players with the A button after the play is over. There also some dirty plays that instantly kill players as well.

I imagine this will be the quickest if you can do it in practise mode, but I'm not sure if it works.
