Pretty self explanatory. Lead the league as a single player in season or dynasty. It doesnt go by team. You start at a 40-45 ranking for dynasty so your best bet would be to pick up a high-end free agent, in both the QB, and WR categories. Even with higher rated teams, depending on your schedule, it'll be fairly easy for your higher ranked players to break off and get easy chunks of yardage.
