Mutant Storm Empire

Simply finish the first level to unlock this achievement, this can be on any difficulty so if you are having difficulty just lower it to yellow/white belt. there are 5 stages in the level, all must be completed to unlock the achievement. The video is a black belt play-through of this level, i dont suggest you try black belt unless you are going for Black Belt Grandmaster but the video will show you the general idea of how to play without getting hit. pass stage 5 and the achievement will pop 5G
