This achievement is easiest done by playing from level 1. Don't die until you get to level 20 using the green belt difficulty.
When going for any of the belt's keep in mind that you get 3 smart bombs to start and you will gain an extra bomb after completing level 9. When you think you're about to get hit or things start to get crazy, use a bomb by hitting one of the triggers.
Whenever the 'shield' powerup is dropped pick it up at ALL costs! It's the only powerup that you can bring from level to level and will save you if you get hit!
Once you learn the enemies in each level, all of the belts are fairly easy to unlock. The different colored belts only make the enemies movement faster. The later belts (blue, brown, black) will take you a few attempts but you can use the exact same methods!

You always say "this achievement is easiest done by...", does this mean there is another way of doing it? Just curious

You earn progress towards the next belt by not losing a life during each level. If you lose a life you lose progress towards the next belt. It's easiest in the first 20 levels because those are the easiest to finish without dying. Should you die, you'll need to complete more than the first 20 levels (while not dying).
