Found in the zone "lair of the horned devil", which you get to through "the sea titans" then "the rot warren". Level 45 enemies and lots of them including the GreyOne, who you need to kill for the 50 shades of death achievement.
When you enter the area, hug the left side and take out any isolated single enemies. I took out 3 without being detected. You will come to the camp, which has a large barn at the back. This is where the MIMIR lives. It is in a deactivated state until you trigger combat. Climb up the ladder at the side of the barn and make your way to the back. There's a table with a computer on it. Approach and reprogram the robot when prompted. The achievement will unlock immediately.
Now when you start fighting you'll have a very powerful companion for the duration of the fight, making killing Grey One that much easier, although I did kill the giant robot before the fight was over in case it turned on me and it dropped a very generous 26 weapon parts.
One of my favourite parts of a really nice little game.
P.S. You can also get 4 artifact points if you examine the device at the entrance to the barn, after the fight.

To be clear, the big robot will attack everyone, including you so don't start combat until you are on the opposite side of the barn. This way it attacks the enemy and a decent amount attack it back. For me, by the time I killed the enemies going after me, it took just one shot to kill the robot and three to kill the grey one.

If you mess this up on your iron mutant play through like me and have bought the dlc you can start a new dlc game and warp to the sea of titans. Takes no time at all

In the zone "The horned devil" there is a barn in the back containing a MIMIR Z600 sneak into it without triggering a fight with the Greyed one. On the second floor there is a computer which you can reset the program in. This will cause this achievement to pop. if the MIMIR Z600 is activated in a ambush it's to late and you have missed this achievement and have to load a previous save or start a new game. You should take the oppertunity to loot the chest on the ground floor when you are here it will help you in the fight.
