How to unlock the Home Run achievement in Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden - Definitive Guide
Straightforward enough - Ground Pounder is one of Big Khan's mutations which you will need to 'purchase' once you've added him to your party. Probably not recommended on Iron Mutant as it will likely leave him pretty exposed
Although it has a reasonably large area of effect you'll still need the three enemies to be fairly tightly clustered (the game highlights for you to review).
There seems to be quite a few spots with small mobs to do this, I got it from Pripp's side mission in the House of Bones . Although I did it from ambush, I made sure to give BK one of the hats granting additional movement to make sure I could clear the distance to get in amongst them and then set it off.

The following achievements (including this one) are easily done on the High Road after Pripp offers you the side mission for the area and enemies spawn there.
You’ll want to do this on a non-Iron Mutant playthrough so you can save and reload).
This requires an Big Khan’s Ground Pounder mutation, which you should have enough to buy as soon as he joins your crew, so purchase and equip it.
This is much easier with extra movement so equip a +Movement hat on Big Khan, you should have several by now.
Approach the Shaman and the two enemies in stealth, save, when the Shaman begins patrolling, wait until he’s between the other two enemies and Ambush with , if you’ve done it right the Big Khan should be able advance with a single action point a spot where he can hit all three with Ground Pounder (it’s a 5x5 effect centered on him), as soon as the skill lands the achievement will pop and you can reload. If you miss just reload and try again.

I did it in the Frozen City location. If you run to the mission point, you will see two enemies and a parent pod close to each other. Run up as an Elk (pump up the required skill in advance), press the “Ambush” button as close as possible, run up to the enemies for one point, and use the skill for the second point.
