In the last area of the seed of evil dlc (Garden of Jyko) there is a bus stop directly north of the entrance. (Several actually) Theres a street light with a bus symbol so you know it's the right spot. There should be some mutant hounds patrolling nearby. Just have big Khan selected and move under the enclosure for about 2 min and you're golden.
