this is located in the first area of the DLC "Mausoleum of Suburbia"
on the west side of the map theres a key on a picnic table gaurded by 3 dogs
pick it up go directly east and you will find a small square building thats locked open it to get 10G and a weapon crate

If anyone cant find it like I couldn't it's the building with the bicycles on the west side. The doors right next to them.
