You’ll want to do this on a non-Iron Mutant playthrough so you can save and reload)

Buy the upgrade for Dux’s mutation Chameleon and equip it. Give him the Wraith Silent Weapon (or whatever the best one you have is) with every Range extension you can (scope and hat). There’s a pack of enemies with a Shaman, sneak up to them, keep Dux back a bit, after the Shaman starts patrolling aggro them with your two other characters, throw grenades, Hog Rush, whatever, you’ll aggro a ton of Zone Dogs and the Shaman will call in some low hit point enemies. Keep your two exposed teammates alive and weaken the enemies, let Dux finish them off with the Silent Weapon from range (use Chameleon first), so long as he kills he’ll stay invisible. Don’t bother finishing the fight (which is likely going badly anyway) and reload as soon as the achievement pops.

This requires you to upgrade Dux's chameleon mutation which enables you to stay invisible when you attack as long as you land the killing blow.

So once you've activated the ability, make sure you weaken the three enemies with your other party members and then position Dux to give him 100% hit (or save & reload if that is troublesome?) making sure he will do enough damage to kill them etc.

I did this with three isolated pod-ghouls using silent weapons to make it easier.
