There’s plenty of enemies you’ll have to engage along with him, but the achievement will pop as soon as he goes down, not at the end of the fight. Don’t forget to down the Pod Spawner early unless you don’t mind the extra enemies. The area is full of great elevation and hiding spots so use whatever strategy you prefer. I honestly don’t even recall what Goran himself did, you can easily burn him down before he does much, then just kill the Pod spawner and pick off the stragglers.
